Senior Pastors of City Revival Church
City Revival Church was born from a simple but compelling vision: to help people discover Jesus, experience His transforming power, and awaken to the incredible possibilities of a life changed by Him. When Prophet Dr. Steve and Prophetess Lydienne Mbua came to the United States in 2014, they carried with them a passion for the presence of God, the power of the Holy Spirit, and a desire to see lives transformed through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
That journey eventually led to the planting of City Revival Church in Salado, Texas. From the beginning, CRC has sought to be a place where people from every background can encounter Jesus, grow in faith, experience the power of prayer and the Holy Spirit, and discover their God-given purpose. The heart of the church is expressed simply: Transforming Lives. Igniting Revival. Empowering People.
But the vision has never stopped at the walls of the local church. Through the years, Dr. Steve and Prophetess Lydienne have carried the Gospel internationally, supported missions and ministry work across Africa, Europe, and Asia, and helped plant churches in Botswana and South Africa. The same passion that drives CRC in Central Texas fuels a desire to see individuals, families, communities, and ultimately nations awakened to Jesus Christ.
A significant new chapter began when CRC acquired 24 acres of land in Salado. Within just six months, a worship facility was developed on the property, creating a permanent place from which the church could worship, disciple people, reach the community, and prepare for the future. For us, the land is about much more than property, it represents room for the vision to grow and for generations of people to be reached. And we believe the story is still being written.
We are building a church where people can come alive, grow in faith, discover their purpose, and make a difference. Whether you are beginning your journey with Jesus, returning to church, looking for a church home, or simply searching for something more, there is a place for you to grow.

Our doors open every Sunday morning at 8:30am. Service Begins at 9:30am. If you have children, our welcome team will help you check them in to City Revival Kids, so they too can have a memorable time in God’s presence.
Neither our Prophets nor any of our ministers determine the flow of our revival services. The Holy Spirit moves as He pleases in each service and this could result in a breakout of miracles, healings, prophecy, people praying in the Holy Ghost, laughter, some weeping, others crying, shouting, dancing, or worshipping.
