Senior Pastors of City Revival Church
Our Senior Pastors, Prophet Dr. Steve and Prophetess Lydienne Mbua, are the Founders of City Revival Church in Salado, Texas. They are passionate about leading others into encounters and growing relationships with the Holy Spirit, guided by God’s Word. Their dedication to inspiring and empowering their congregation through teachings, both in person and online, has encouraged many to become lovers of Jesus and soul winners who make a difference in the community.
Their ministry has transformed lives through the power of prayer and the importance of the Holy Spirit, igniting revival that spreads from individual hearts to families, communities, and nations. Dr. Mbua and his wife believe that grace is a free gift, allowing believers to experience joy and freedom in God’s presence without fear or unworthiness. Dr. Steve Mbua, a prophet according to Ephesians 4:11–12, actively shares the gospel with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Since immigrating to the United States in 2014, they have overcome many challenges with the Holy Spirit’s help. Freely receiving God’s blessings, they give back by planting City Revival Church in Salado. Together with their congregation, they are committed to helping others discover transformation through grace, righteousness, and the power of the Holy Spirit.

When you arrive at CRC for a church service, you can expect a warm welcome from our passionate volunteers who make sure you feel at home. The service glorifies Jesus Christ, featuring the uncompromised Word of God preached with clarity by Prophet Dr. Steve Mbua and Prophetess Lydienne Mbua. You'll experience an atmosphere of high-energy, anointed praise and worship, along with faith-building prayers. Inspirational testimonies from believers will also share how God’s love, mercy, and grace have healed and delivered them.
Our doors open every Sunday morning at 8:30am. Service Begins at 9:30am. If you have children, our welcome team will help you check them in to City Revival Kids, so they too can have a memorable time in God’s presence.
Neither our Prophets nor any of our ministers determine the flow of our revival services. The Holy Spirit moves as He pleases in each service and this could result in a breakout of miracles, healings, prophecy, people praying in the Holy Ghost, laughter, some weeping, others crying, shouting, dancing, or worshipping.
